Matt Atzinger is the store manager at Charlestown Rd. He feels that one of the biggest cons of Key Retailing is the fact that some people are not wanting to adapt to the change.
He feels like there are some paper work that people have to fill out that are unnecessary, and makes the job harder and longer.
He also feels like the people that come to audit the stores should acknowledge people for some of the good things that they do, instead of just pointing out the things that they do wrong.
David Nett is the Customer Communications Manager in Louisville's Kroger Main Office.
David also feels like one of the biggest fall backs of the system is the employees. They're unwilling to change to this system and it makes it more difficult for the system to work if not everyone is on board with it.
He does think that the corporate office could've done a better job explaining this to employees on why and how things were going to change, instead of just bringing it on them.
